I bought this in "fair" condition and honestly can't find a scratch on it. The phone looks and feels good as new. Excellent service and fast delivery. Would recommend to anyone looking for a flagship phone at a reasonable price.

I love Backmarket. everything about it..... over the years my kids have got themselves new iPhones and I just received my Pixel 8 Pro which works ridiculously well - l'm getting used to it nicely. The purchasing process was seamless, super easy - phone was received quickly in excellent condition (even though it was rated as fair) and I'll definitely, DEFINITELY be back. Five stars =)

Wasn't sure about buying a secondhand phone for the first time. The phone came in pristine condition, not sure it's ever been used. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another phone from here again!
